Do we wish to be righteous again?
The Fort Lewis Military Reservation houses the Seattle Metroplex Guard, McChord Airfield, and the UCAS Army Pacific Command. Fort Lewis serves as a major training base, with thousand of acres of hills and forests as well as full VR training and a to-scale mock up of the Seattle Center enhanced with AR for troops to practice urban warfare and ‘Civilian pacification’ in realistic settings.
A major feature in the area is the Zoological Gardens. Originally founded to study paranormal critters for the military, the Gardens are now a well-funded public Zoo with a large assortment of paracritters. An extensive network of nature trails allow visitors to explore the area and observe the critters (Pain inducing RFID tags and proximity sensors with ultrasonic screechers keep the critters away when they get too close to the guests). Rumors abound with some secret UCAS research building in the zoo grounds.
